General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by PT TECHNIC CREATIVE INDONESIA ("TCI") to its clients. By using our services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scope of Services
TCI provides engineering and design-related services, including: CAD Design & 3D Modelling, Mechanical Design Engineering, Robotics & Industrial Automation Design, Technical Drawings & Documentation, Special Purpose Machine Design, and Engineering Support Services.
The exact project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be defined separately in quotations, proposals, or written agreements.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are stated in the agreed currency and exclude taxes unless otherwise specified. Payment terms may include:

Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension of work.

Revisions
Reasonable revisions related to the approved project scope may be included depending on the agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Client Responsibilities

Delays in feedback or missing information may affect the project schedule.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, final approved deliverables become the client's property after full payment is received. TCI retains the right to display non-confidential project materials for portfolio or promotional purposes.

Confidentiality
TCI will treat all client information and project data as confidential and will not share it with third parties without permission, unless legally required.

Liability
TCI provides engineering and design services based on the information provided by the client. The client remains responsible for:

TCI shall not be liable for indirect damages, production losses, or misuse of the provided designs or documentation.

Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client shall pay for all completed work and any approved ongoing work up to the cancellation date. Advance payments already made may be non-refundable depending on the project stage.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia unless otherwise agreed in writing.
